A copy of each of the following documents should be included with the application for ALL students:
- A copy of the parent’s/guardian’s passport.
- A copy of the student’s passport.
- A copy of the parent’s valid iqama (resident permit).
- A copy of the students’s valid iqama (resident permit).
- A copy of the student’s birth certificate.
- A copy of the student’s vaccination certificate
- All academic reports, transcripts and transfer certificate from previous school(s) attended.
- Approval for attending school from the Ministry of Education.
- Financial clearance certificate from the previous school.
- A letter of introduction from the parent’s/guardian’s employer.
- 4 passport-size photos of the student.
Acceptance and registration may be dependent on an entry assessment to ensure that Education Gate – Al
Rawdah is able to support the learning requirements of your child.
