Thank you for your interest in Education Gate International School – Al Rawdah. Please read the information and regulations below prior to submitting your application.
Annual registration occurs throughout the year. Students are required to attend school between the ages of three (3) and fifteen (15), both inclusive for grades K1 through grade 9. All students must pass the school’s placement test – for grades 1 through 9. For kindergarten, a child’s placement into a class is made by our staff after an interview while considering a number of factors to provide the most appropriate learning environment for the child.
A child must be three (3) years of age on or before August 15 for the ongoing school year to be
admitted to K1.
A child must be six (6) years of age on or before September 30 of the current
school term to be admitted to the first grade.
Parents or guardians of children entering school for the first time should present a certified birth certificate or satisfactory proof of age upon entrance into EGISR.
Parents/legal guardian/custodians are encouraged to enroll students who are of legal age in
kindergarten at the beginning of the school year.
The cut-off age for enrollment in all grades is as

Students are required to fill the registration form and submit all documents pertaining to their identity and transfer from another school where necessary. A student seeking enrollment must submit the following documents.
